Join us on Monday, July 14 as Chef Tim steps up to the patio smoker to bring his own flavor-packed take on BBQ. The plate will be one night only, created just for the series, and served for $19.99.
As Ore Nell’s Chef, Tim knows the smoker better than just about anyone. Expect classic technique, creative flavor, and a plate that delivers on everything you love about summer BBQ.

About Chef Tim
Chef Tim began his culinary journey in the early 2000s while serving in the military, driven by a longing for the familiar flavors of his childhood in North Carolina. What started as a way to share those tastes and memories with his family, influenced by his travels during military service, soon became a catering business that allowed him to share those experiences with others. That venture continued until his transfer to Maine in 2008.
After retiring from the military in 2013, Tim entered the corporate world in a management role, but quickly realized his true passion was in the kitchen. He jumped into the Portsmouth-area culinary scene, working at the Atlantic Grill, Jimmy's on Congress, and on various projects with Chef Paul Cote of the acclaimed Fat Dog Kitchen. In mid-2023, he joined Ore Nell’s BBQ as Chef de Cuisine, working alongside Chef William Myska.
Chef Tim’s mission is to bring joy, happiness, and lasting memories to the community through the bold flavors and textures of his food.
