We’re closing out the September Smoker Series with a bang on Monday, September 29, as Chef Jason Lantagne of Ore Nell’s North takes over the pit for the final guest chef night of the month.
Jason’s style blends technical skill with a passion for big, bold flavors, and he’s bringing that fire to the series with a one-night-only BBQ plate crafted just for the occasion. Plates are $19.99 and available starting at 5pm, first come, first served.

About Chef Jason
With nearly 30 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, Chef Jason got his start at 13 washing dishes and prepping food in his hometown of Norfolk, MA. After graduating from ACA, Le Cordon Bleu Schools in 2004, he worked across New England in a variety of kitchens, eventually discovering his passion for BBQ. In 2010, he launched a BBQ catering business, traveling the region and creating large-scale smoked feasts. In 2016, he moved to the Seacoast of New Hampshire and joined Ore Nell’s in 2021, quickly stepping into the sous chef role. He is now chef at Ore Nell’s North, splitting time between both locations and bringing creative twists and smoked flavors to everything from appetizers to desserts.
