Known for his bold flavors and seafood mastery, Chris is taking his culinary style in a whole new direction with a one-night-only BBQ plate made just for this event. Plates are $19.99 and available starting at 5pm, first come, first served.

About Chef Chris:
Chris’s culinary journey began before he even realized it, helping the Italian women in his family peel vegetables and roll pasta dough. While taking time off from UMass Boston, he picked up a job as a pizza cook at Bertucci’s in Brookline, MA, and quickly discovered his passion for the food industry.
He went on to attend Atlantic Culinary Academy in Dover, NH, completing his externship at the Ashworth by the Sea in Hampton Beach, where he stayed for five years honing his skills. Chris then joined Ocean Properties, working primarily at Wentworth by the Sea and Latitudes, while also serving as sous chef and task force chef at the Portsmouth Sheraton and the Lake Placid Lodge.
After years of experience with Ocean Properties, Chris became Executive Chef at The District Restaurant in Portsmouth, while continuing part-time work with the company. In 2023, he joined JGroup Hospitality as sous chef at Jumpin’ Jay’s Fish Café, where he continues to bring his creativity and dedication to the Seacoast dining scene.
