Emily’s cooking is rooted in creativity and fresh, seasonal flavors, and she’s bringing that same energy to the fire with a one-night-only BBQ plate crafted just for the occasion. Plates are $19.99 and available starting at 5pm, first come, first served.

About Chef Emily
A Seacoast native, Chef Emily Hill has built her career on curiosity, craft, and a love for local flavor. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY in 2005, she traveled the country to broaden her skills and explore regional cuisines. Emily returned home to New Hampshire, where she has led kitchens including Rudi’s and currently serves as Executive Chef at The Wilder in Portsmouth. Known for her “never stop learning” approach, she is both a mentor and trainer for the next generation of chefs, fostering creativity and discipline in equal measure. Her cooking centers on fresh, local ingredients and the challenge of bringing new ideas to classic dishes. At Ore Nell’s Smoker Series, Chef Hill shares that same inventive spirit, blending tradition with a modern edge while celebrating the Seacoast’s vibrant food culture.
